Cross Country Parks, Inc. (CCP) is a consulting firm that focuses on marketing and entertainment venue management.  CCP specializes in waterparks.  Assignments have included both public and private projects across the United States and Hawaii.  Scope has ranged working on parks with attendance of 60,000 to over 400,000 annually and employing 50 to 1500.
         

The principal of CCP, Steve Mayer, is a veteran management executive with over 27 years experience in all aspects of waterpark management, marketing and sales.  His education includes a degree in marketing and an MBA in finance. Steve is a proven development start-up expert and turnaround consultant. 

Management experience includes past positions as Vice President and COO of seven waterparks.  He has also held general manager positions at two regional waterparks and marketing director positions at three more.

Steve has been a new park start-up director or consultant on seven regional parks from California, Hawaii, Mississippi and Texas.  He has also been a general business consultant and advisor to various owners and government agencies.

Steve combines strong planning and strategy with a team of associates and industry alliances to bring best practices to CCP’s clients.
